Advanced Coaching Philosophy
According to the exclusive coaching system, the ski school tailors the learning plan for students. Through personalized coaching, students can quickly and efficiently master skiing skills and enjoy skiing fun.
Snowboarder Advanced Teaching
- Turning skills: Start with the basic J-turn and gradually transition to C-turn and S-shaped continuous turn. Through the shift of the body's center of gravity and the twist of the legs, the snowboard is driven to turn, and the balance is maintained with the arm movements. - Edge changing skills: Master the conversion between the toe edge and the hail edge, realize smooth edge changing during turning, and improve the smoothness and speed control ability of sliding. - Jumping skills: Learn basic jumping movements such as Ollie jump, including posture and skill control of take-off, stagnation and landing, and enhance the sense of control of snowboard and balance in the air.
Skier Advanced Teaching
- Parallel turning: On the basis of plow turning, gradually adjust the skis to a parallel state, and achieve smoother and faster turning by leaning in, exerting force on the legs and shifting the center of gravity, including small turning and parallel giant turning skills. - Carving technology: By accurately controlling the center of gravity of the body, the pressure of the edge and the curvature of the snowboard, the snowboard can carve a clear arc on the snow surface to achieve high-speed and efficient gliding, which requires a high technical level and precise control ability of the snowboard.
